This Privacy Policy explains how Spann's Heating & Air Conditioning (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us for service.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact form or call us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, home address, and details about the service you need. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

How the Contact Form Works

When you send the contact form, your message is emailed to our shop through an email delivery service called Resend. The form is protected by a hidden spam field, a minimum-time check, and a limit on how many messages can come from one connection in a short time. Messages that look like sales pitches or spam are sent to our website developer, Cromis Digital, instead of the shop, so a real request flagged by mistake can still be forwarded to us. Messages that are clearly sent by a bot are dropped and are recorded in our hosting provider’s logs.

Outside Services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When your browser loads them, it connects to Google and shares your IP address with Google, which handles it under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies
