Spann’s Heating & Air Conditioning opened its doors in 1975 with a simple idea: treat people the way you’d want to be treated, and do the work right the first time. Fifty years later, that hasn’t changed — and neither has who we are. We’re a family-owned business in Trenton, not a national franchise reading from a script.

Over three generations, we’ve installed and serviced systems in thousands of homes across Gilchrist County and the surrounding towns. A lot of our work today is for the children and grandchildren of our first customers. That kind of trust isn’t bought with advertising — it’s earned one honest service call at a time.
